In December, Iraqi journalist Muntadhar Al-Zaidi threw both hi shoes at former US president George Bush during a press conference with Nouri Al Maliki while he was on his farewell tour of the region. What a farewell visit he had in IRAQ!!!
.

.
A Kuwaiti MP Walid Tabtabae waved his shoe during a protest in Gaza in front of the National Assembly
When the Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao was delivering a lecture in the Cambridge University, a protester threw a shoe at him.
.

.
The funniest part is that many people are offering money and handsome amount of money even these times for these shoes. Someone offered $10 million for Al-Zaidi's shoes and KD 10,000 for Tabtabae's. Don’t know how much money is going to be offered for the shoe thrown at Wen Jiabao.
We might see more shoes flying in conference halls. Going at this pace a time will come when shoes will be banned from everywhere. You can't wear them to hear a speech, to attend a hall conference or a press event or whatever.
